Terms Of Service
1. Payment:
100% upfront before I start.
Payments must go through Artistree, DA points or Gumroad only.
I accept local (TR) cilents via IBAN.
2. Turnaround:
Typical completion time: 1 week.
I’ll notify if it takes longer.
3. Revisions:
1 revision included per commission. Extra revisions = extra fee.
4. Delivery:
Final work delivered digitally after full payment.
No refunds after final delivery.
Traditional commissions will not include shipping.
5. Slots / Queue:
Commissions handled in order of payment.
6. Usage Rights:
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
The client may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, resale, NFTs, AI training, or any method to replicate my art style.
My art style may not be copied, imitated, or used to create additional characters or derivative works without my explicit permission.
7. Portfolio / Social Media:
I reserve the right to post the artwork on my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed.
8. Chargebacks / Disputes:
Filing a chargeback without contacting me first will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.
